Looking for afternoon/early evening job

I am in need of a job with hours that start in the afternoon and go into the evening. I am available two days in the AM.

I am trying to find something at a Dr office because I feel this would be the only place with flexible hours like this (other then retail). However, I am having a hard time finding anything

thought I would give this board a shot. If anyone knows of anyplace hiring with these hours, please FM me.

I don't know anything off hand, but bear in mind, that a lot of places that advertise flexible hours like that, are really not as flexible as you might think.

Especially in health care. From what I have seen, you pretty much have to stay till the work is done sometimes, or cover for someone who calls out last minute.

My MIL is retiring from being an office manager for many years in a medical practice, and this is one of the reasons she is leaving........a lot of people want a set schedule but it's often not realistic in health care.


I would recommend looking into a group home or something like that, but guarantee you will face similar issues.

I have had many part time jobs in the past. What is it that you actually want to do? I worked as a lifeguard and I did it year round. Recreational facilities have hours that pertain to your situation. Parks, fitness centers, indoor rec centers. I am a teacher and often there are part time teacher aides that work a few hours a day.
