Progesterone ?
I forgot to take it this morning. I am so worried that I'll have another MC now.
Missing 1 dose isn't a big deal, right?

I've missed before. You can prob just do when you get home, but ask your doctor's office what they think you should do

I haven't missed it yet, but I read the paperwork that came with it when I started and remember seeing that it said if you miss 1 dose that it's fine but not to make it up. Just resume the following day at same time you normally do.
