What can I take???
I have never had bigger headaches than I have had for the past few days. It feels like it is allergies. What are we allowed to take??

When I get headaches I just take tylenol and have a little caffeine. But My dr said claratin is ok just not the D version.
I would check with your dr though.

Tylenol is fine, my OB advised me to take it once when I had a fever. For antihistimines, you can take Claritin, Zyrtec, or Benadryl (but Benadryl will put you to sleep so only take it at night!).

My DR said tylenol extra strength was fine to take. Hope you feel better!
