Sports for toddlers
What is the minimum age for sports for boys? DS would be 31 months in May. Not sure if I have to register him in advance and if there is a cut off for registration date and number of kids. Where did you enroll your dc and where did you find the info?

Re: Sports for toddlers
MOst town programs I have found are either 4 or 5yo to start and go by the school cut off.
But there are other places that do sports classes....where are you located?
DS has taken a Multi Sports class, I know the YMCA has a sports class for kids (both withand without parent interaction), there is Soccer tots etc.

One of the gyms...i believe it's golds in setauket, a friend of mine started her son in a soccer program at around 15 months.
By us, they have soccer starting at 3 and t-ball at 4 through the local youth sports league.

I think in Huntington where htey have soccer tots they have tball and basketball as well! They start much earlier than 5.
We also did multi sports at Sportime in Kings park and it was a great intro to all different sports, basketball, baseball, football, hockey, bowling, etc
