Vendor Rave - Beth Lowe @ Exit Realty

I haven't been actively posting on this board in quite some time because we relocated OOS several months ago and have been extremely busy. However, I did want to pop in and post this review because I am so thrilled with the service we recieved.

Last week, we closed the sale of our townhouse in NY, thanks entirely to LIF vendor and realtor extraordinaire Beth Lowe with Exit Realty.

I cannot say enough good things about Beth. She was prepared, professional, responsive, and simply outstanding from start to finish. We interviewed nearly a dozen realtors when we decided to list our townhouse, and Beth was the clear choice for us. We were immediately impressed with how prepared, knowledgeable, and straightforward she was, and we were further impressed with her creative and effective marketing ideas. She was actually the only realtor we interviewed who utilize additional marketing ideas alongside extensive internet and print advertising.

Of course, none of that means anything without results! Beth didn’t let us down there either. We had many regular showings after listing with Beth and wound up with multiple offers within a few months of listing. Our home sold to highly qualified buyers at a price very close to our asking price. In this market, I was incredibly impressed. I was even more impressed when I realized that our condo was the first one to sell in our town in nearly two years!

Beth was on our side, working hard, from the very beginning to the very end. She was always accessible, responsive, and answered all of our questions. I have seen firsthand realtors who walk away from a deal once the contract is signed and only reappear at closing to get paid. This is NOT the case with Beth. She was on top of everything throughout the entire process. In a market where lenders are very slow and require insane amounts of documentation, Beth was right there to follow up with the buyer’s lender, the buyer’s agent, my lawyer, and me regularly to make sure the deal was moving forward. Did I mention we live 700 miles away? Beth gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the process, and made me feel more comfortable dealing with this transaction long-distance. She was even at my house first thing in the morning the day after the hurricane to make sure we had power and to reassure us that we didn’t suffer any damage. She went above and beyond for us, and we are truly grateful for the incredible service.

Perhaps most importantly, we knew every step of the way that Beth was on our side and had our best interests at heart. We were able to trust her, and she didn’t let us down. She is quite possibly the hardest-working realtor on Long Island! She was such an asset to have on our side that I wouldn’t even dream of using another realtor for any of our future real estate needs on Long Island.

I would especially urge first time buyers or sellers to consider using Beth at Exit Realty. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, cares about your best your interests above all else, and will be able to walk you through the entire process from start to finish. It was a great feeling to have someone so good on our side. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Beth!

I'm glad to hear you had a good experience with her as well. We purchased our first home in June and Beth was our realtor. The sellers and their lawyer were both unresponsive and overall insanely difficult to deal with, she was the only one that could get the ball rolling. I recommend her to everyone I know.

I only ever hear raves about Beth. Unfortunately we dont live on LI so we weren't able to work with her...we didnt have the greatest experience with our realtor during this process. We could have used someone like Beth!

Congratulations to you on the sale of your house and the purchase of your new one OOS!

What an amazing review! I no longer live on LI but have plenty of friends and family that do and will recommend Beth when I hear of anyone looking to sell!
