Hooping?
I checked out hoopnoptica and it looks awesome but there aren't teachers on LI.
Anyone know of "hooping classes"?
I searched online and didn't see any but it looks like great excercise! Hope someone knows some local info, thanks!

I've never done a formal hooping class...but I will say that I use DD's hula hoop on a daily basis because its a super quiet way to get a workout in when everyone is asleep and I. LOVE. IT!!!
