I feel sick, 1st appointment is today! UPDATED
I'm sure part of it is MS since the last few days I've been feeling very sh*tty but the other part is nerves! I am going to my 1st appointment this afternoon and I hope we can see aheartbeat! I'm right around the 6 week mark today, plus or - a day.
ETA: We saw the heartbeat! The OB found it right away! I was so nervous by the time she came in that she started telling me OB jokes to calm my nerves haha. Baby is measuring right on track!

You're right but I really hope we see it. I saw it with my first and that's no guaranty but I hope we do since we want to tell our parents this weekend.
