how much to lose
I want to loose 15 ounds but I will settle for 10. I want a quick jump start - I am going to Florida next week. Any suggestins that I can loose at least 3 pounds in one week?
I had a baby 4 months ago and I feel so gross now

cutting carbs and sugar is the only thing that works for me
I eat low carbs, low fat - including fruit like apples and veggies
