Congrats! That is a great accomplishment!
I wish it worked so fast for me! I have lost 6.5 pounds after 2 weeks . . . I am staying on induction until we go away- three more weeks to go and fingers crossed that I keep losing!

yes I have been srictly following basically eat eggs for breakfast, and lunch and then for dinner a piece of meat either chicken or steak and 2 cups of green salad with oil and vinegar dressing . I only drink water I noticed when I drank diet pepsi or crystal light it slowed down my weight loss I also stayed away from lunch meat and bacon...they have hidden sugars! so now im down 20lbs in under a month! now to keep it off until october for my wedding!

diet soda is really bad for you- esp when you are on Atkins- caffine in general makes you crave sugar
you are smart to stay away- plus it makes you bloated
