thoughts on tracking mileage when on treadmill?
Ladies:
I currently run with a garmin 210 watch and I love that I can upload my mileage/pace etc.
I have also been incorporating running on a treadmill for some of my workouts. I am considering purchasing the footpod for when I run on the treadmill but sort of am shying away from doing so because of the price (saw it for $50 on amazon and $60 at REI) since I already spent $200 on the watch.
I was just wondering what some of you have done. I previously used the Nike app for running outside but found it was soo off in terms of my mileage. I am wondering if it is a little more accurate indoors? Do any of you have a positive experience using Nike gps app (or any app for that matter) for runs on the treadmill?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

A GPS watch/app will not work on a treadmill since you are not moving.
I have a footpod and it is at least 97% accurate uncalibrated. Calibrated, it is 99% accurate. I am not sure if this holds true for the treadmill, however, as your form is different on the treadmill.

Re: thoughts on tracking mileage when on treadmill?
I used to use the nike+ sensor on the treadmill and it was great --- until my sensor died and I got a replacement. Then I had so many problems I just gave up on it. I use the time/mileage on my treadmill (which I know is off) but I am experienced runner enough to know when I did more or less mileage.
