Question about Daycare Prices
Can anyone give me an idea on pricing for a licensed daycare center....
Monday thru Friday with extended hours? An early morning drop off (6:30am) and a 5pm pickup?
Just wanted to do some comparisons!

7am - 6pm
5 days a week
breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks
2 year old room, $300 a week

It really depends where you are and how old your child is. Infants are more than toddlers. Ive used 3 daycares around western suffolk for full time care and they have ranged from $1100 to $1600 per month. Some places will give you prices over the phone.

Ours is open 6:30am -6:30pm. Here are the rates for 5 days
$330 per week (6 weeks - 18 months)
$300 per week (18 months - 3 years)
$275 per week (3 yrs - 5 yrs)

Ours lets you drop off at 6:00

hours of center 630 to 530
for infant: $244 per week
for 3yo: $215.10 per week (that is with a 10% discount for second kid)

Our daycare is open at 630 am and closes at 630 pm- the price includes a drop off or pick up any time within that range.

For that amount of hours, my daycare charges:
Infants - $1896/month
Toddlers (18mths- 3years) - $1266/month
Over 3 years old - $1207/month
They are open 7am-7pm.

best we saw was 1050 a month, worst was 1,500 per month for full-time
630-730 available

Some daycare centers supply lunch, snacks, and milk, not that those items are breaking the bank, but the time it saves you in packing up in the morning might make it a factor. The prices posted are in the range of what we pay. Good luck.
