kettlebells give you a great, great, great work out. very efficient and effective.

They really are a great work out. Not sure you need a full DVD devoted to abs in any program, especially with kbs.
If you get it, remember none of the work/lifting is done with your back. The swings are all legs and core. Have fun!

I worked with a personal trainer at my gym for the first time ever the other day, and she had me using a kettle bell. It was a great workout, my arms and thighs were sore for 3 days afterwards. I'm definitely buying my own kettle bell.
