Anyone looking for a house in North Merrick? NEW PICTURES UP ON MLS!!

You can let me know or Beth. It really is a great house and block and I'm really sad to leave.

Good Luck! Looks nice and neat from the outside. With the fall coming I would plant some mums to give it a little pop of color.

we actually just pulled these HUGES bushes from the house a few months ago, thinking I would plant. But we just never did it. We're getting divorced now so I don't really have the time or money to put more into it.
This is an old pic of the house before we pulled the bushes. We also removed the bush (the one the arrow is pointing to) and there was a lamp post underneath.

The pictures you just posted are 1000x better in my opinion than what is on mslli. I would get someone to change them. That is my opinion though.
Good luck with the sale and everything you are going through.

I agree. Beth (the realtor) already told me that was just a placeholder to get it on the site. Once the photographer takes pictures tomorrow it will be replaced.

the pic i just posted was from 3 years ago. The house still looks the same, just without the bushes.
the pic on MLS is from the other day taken at an angle without the bushes...and it wasnt sunny.

I dont want to sound critical, but the pic you just posted makes your house look so much bigger and more appealing. I think that angle, showing the entire house, is great. Wishing you a quick sale.
