I buy the individual serving cups. They are 80 calories each- I usually add them to salad.

i feel like half a can wouldnt fill me up! is that bad to eat a whole 5oz can??
i rarely eat tuna btw....like once every other week or so

Its not bad for you at all, its fish, lots of protein, as long as you don't add too much to it you're fine!

Depends on how hungry I am but I can eat a whole 50z can. usually in salads i eat the whole can.
Sometimes if its in a sandwich I may not eat the whole thing. but probably like 3/4. So its like the whole thing.

When tuna cans used to be 6 oz., I'd split the can between two salads or two sandwiches. Now that they've shrunk to 5 oz., I usually just eat the whole can.

I can eat 2 cans very easily But then again, I eat tuna perhaps 2x a month or less. On average I have 4 cans a month.

Yes, I eat the whole can. Now that I'm dieting I use lemon juice instead of mayo, lots of black pepper and put it on a light english muffin with tomato.

Maybe a dumb question but I'm curious-- if you don't eat the whole can, what do you do with the rest of it, since it's so little? Save it, use it for something else, or toss it?

I eat the whole can., And add other things to my Tuna Salad to make it more tasty then just the plain-o mayo
Celery
Onion
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Cracked Pepper
Half a Teaspoon of Breadcrumbs
Mayo
I put that on whole wheat bread with Tomato and Lettuce and have some garden chips to go with it!

so i had tuna again this week so this time i measured the tuna after i drained it....its only 3.5 ounces! so the girls that are eating half a can you are only eating 1.75 ounces of tuna? that sounds so little
i'll stick to eating the full can
