suffolk county adventure boot camp
anyone a member or has done this before? i am starting soon and can't wait! i so need a kick in the arse and i am hoping that boot camp will be the step in the right direction.

I attend bootcamp. What time are you going? I go to the 6:45am class. I am starting my 7th week tomorrow.
Great workouts. Something different everyday. I am still sore from friday.

is this in deer park with Aly Flores? I did it for a year (stopped when I was 5 months pregnant)
It's very good. I'm trying one closer to home, but if it's not good, I'll go back to Aly
