New York State Law on Fertility
Does anyone know if NYS law specifically deems infertility trying to conceive for more than 12months without success...or is this just the standard that REs use?
Thanks

Re: New York State Law on Fertility
Its just standard. I know some ins cos require 12 mo ttc before going to RE. I don't think there are any state laws other than the state mandate on iui which requires some ins cos to cover unlimited iui.

Re: New York State Law on Fertility
You can tell them that you are TTC for a yr...I told the nurse we were TTC for 2 months but she said she had to put down 12 months for insurance purposes only.
