WW meetings
Starting these today at work. I got so far with the online system and now need some more support to lose the other half.
Anyone do the same?

For me, the only was WW works is to go to the weekly meetings. I have never done WW at work. I like going to the meetings at the centers. The meetings are sort of a stop and start for me, ending one week and starting another.

I did decent with WW online... towards the end of summer I slacked and am basically not losing anymore.. I signed up for meetings now and havent been in a month because i'm finding it hard to get there. BUT I feel like going to the meeting will help give me that kick in the butt!
