Uhoh, I forgot can we have mac and cheese from a deli?
Because not only did I just order it, I ate it without even thinking if it was safe. Ughh please tell me Mac and Cheese from a deli is ok!!

I'm sorry but this made me chuckle Any kind of cheese that is cooked is fine and most soft cheeses made/sold in the US are made with pasteurized milk anyway unless it says otherwise or is from some super specialty ethnic store. I'm assuming that was your concern?
