found out yesterday we lost baby.
Sunday I found blood on my progestrine stick I was 9 weeks 2 days. Had some clots pass after, blood when wiped. Yesterday bleeding got heavier, went in for sono. Sono tech told us no heartbeat, baby measuring 6 weeks. Yesterday was my husbands birthday..
 I'm filled with guilt. Telling my 4 yr old baby is in heaven was the worst. Her asking me "why, I love the baby' had broken my heart a million ways.
Going for DNC today and I'm terrified.

The Physical part of the D&C is fine so please dont worry about that. I wont lie the emotional part is tough and I am still feeling very sad and lost sometimes and I had my MC in may.

I told my 3yr old that baby is now a star in the sky....just look up and you will see it..shining.. looking down at us everyday.
My baby stopped growing at 8w and I shld have been 10w. No heartbeat. No miscarriage symptoms at all. Had D&C next day. Each day that goes by I feel a lil better and getting back to myself.

I am so sorry for your loss.
I had a D&C and I was also terrified, but believe me, the emotional stuff you are dealing with is a million times worse. The procedure itself wound up being not nearly as bad as I thought it would be - I just fell asleep, woke up and it was over.
You have no reason to feel guilty - this is in no way your fault. The timing was terrible for your husband and your daughter will bounce back from this - take care of yourself though and make sure you allow yourself to grieve.

The D&C --- I had no pain or anyting it is all emotional.

Got call from doctors office saying I had to go to ambulatory now or will be cancelled. I arrived to place hysterical with fear they will rush procedure and somethin bad will happen. The nurses and staff were so mad that they made me feel this way.. they were so kind and reassured me that no rushing would be done. Everything went smooth after that. Felt nothing, just tiny cramps now. But like you all said physically ok just still emotionally a wreck. Already being asked when we will TTC. I can't even wrap my mind around not being pregnant anymore to think about TTC. Guess all with time things will settle and fog will lift. Thank you all for your kind words and advice it truly helped me.
