Weight Watchers online?
OK so I went for my physical and my DR said that i need to lose 15 - 20 lbs to be at my healthy weight. I never thought I was overweight, but apparently I am lol.
I'm NOT a dieter at all. I don't eat terrible, but I'm sure I could learn to make better choices. I've never been able to stick with anything, so I hesitate trying this. I really don't have anything near me that offers meetings at a convenient time (I'm not in LI.) SO is it worth trying it online?
Also, I recently started walking (can't run) for an hour for 3 -5x a week (depending on weather.) I've been doing it for over a month and haven't lost one lb
I love yoga and was doing it for months, but with working, 2 kids and a husband that works a ton of hours I have a really hard time making the classes. Joining a gym just doesn't work for me right now.
So please advise on how to kick start this weight loss and whether WW online is worth pursuing.
Thanks!!!

Re: Weight Watchers online?
I definitely think that it is worth trying online! I think the hardest part about doing it online is that you don't have others in your meeting to share success or struggles with. If you make use of the chat boards either here or there, I think it would help a lot.
I think you are in Westchester - I know of a nutritionist in that area. If you are interested in something one on one, let me know and I can send you her info.
No matter what you choose, good luck on your journey!
