Prenatal Yoga - Sayville
FYI....
After a month of searching I finally found a prenatal Yoga class in Sayville. They opened a class last week on Fridays at 4:00. I went this past Friday and it was great!
The class is at Ohm Shanti Om.

The price was $15 per class but I think they are doing a package of 6 classes for 80. Please join! I'm afraid they may cancel the class because right now there are only 2 of us.
