Just wanted to share my success!
I've been battling my weight my entire adult life. I never had to worry about what I ate as a kid, but once I turned 18, I just started gaining. I lost a bunch of weight for my wedding and was feeling great, but then once the wedding was over, it all came back. I was on my way to losing it again when I got pregnant.
Well, my daughter is now 4 and I still have the weight to prove I was once pregnant! I've been struggling for about 2 years to try to find something that works for me. I tried Weight Watchers with minimal success....I tried South Beach with a little more success...but eventually everything seemed to stop working, or I just got too comfortable with it and was making bad choices.
In August, I saw a friend I hadn't seen in about a month and she looked fantastic! I asked her about how she lost the weight and she told me she'd been using NutriSystem. I was a little skeptical because I'd always heard the food was nasty. But she was so enthusiastic about it that I decided to give it a shot!
I'm happy to report that in almost 2 months I've lost 14 pounds (32 pounds in about 2 years)!! I'm just about back at my pre-pregnancy weight again and I feel great!! The food is not disgusting at all and it's so easy for me to keep on track!! Finally, I think I really understand what portion control means!
I just wanted to share because I know there are so many people that struggle....and feel like failures when popular methods like WW don't work for them.

That's great!
This is my 2nd go at nutrisystems (just started monday after baby# 3)
The food is sooo much better than it was a few years ago!
