I have used it for migraines. It works well but if used too frequently it can lead to rebound headache. I never had any negative side effects. I have never used it for longer then a few days at a time.

I took it for migraines. No side effects. It worked fine but I did not take it regularly, only for PRN for the migraines that I couldn't handle anymore.

I took it for many years for migraines.
I found that it worked well.
I didn't notice any side effects.
I only took it as needed.
I have now been changed to Fiorinal which is the aspirin-based version (Fioricet is acetaminophen aka Tylenol based).
ETA: I was changed due to an interaction with another medicine that I take daily.
