Need help finding a Russian Blue cat a home (owner passed):
I have a unique situation... I have an aunt who passed away recently and my grandmother (her mother) who is almost 90 has been taking care of her cat since. She had cancer and had the cat for approximately three years before she died... It is a purebred Russian blue. She bought the cat as a kitten and raised her... They apparently are expensive. It is a beautiful cat... Very intelligent and very friendly/warm.
She is a female and is about three years old. Now that my grandmother has to move into assisted living she is upset and worried about the cat. I offered to do my best to try and find this lovely animal a forever home since her mommy passed away. My dad said the cat is stunning... Slate gray/blue with piercing eyes.
I will be posting something at my vet office as well.
I have no pics but they all look almost the same... Click on this site and you can see some pictures...

I hope I can find her a home! She has been through a lot!

What a beautiful breed! I wish I could take her, but we already have two of our own. I hope you can find her a good forever home!

What kind of temperment? Claws? Does she likes to be around other cats?

I spoke with you via text but to answer you here as well - yes, she is lovely. My dad said she comes right up to you to be pet and is very sweet.
She has claws, her name is Ashley, she is beautiful - my father said her coat and eyes are just stunning. My grandma stated that she does not scratch and especially doesn't bother her furniture.
