Where can I find a toddler sized raincoat/umbrella?
Looked online at a few kids stores and am not seeing much... does anyone know of any stores that carry raincoats and/or umbrellas in toddler sizes?

I picked up a raincoat and boots at the Carters outlet a few weeks ago.
Maybe give them a call to see if they still have some in stock.

Walmart has boots.
I bought DD a matching rainboots, umbrella and raincoat set from Old Navy.

Toys R Us definitely has umbrellas. I'm not sure about the boots or coat though.

The Stride Rite Shoe Store in Selden always has great rain boot/umbrella sets. I can't remember if they have raincoats as well.
I have gotten my DD two raincoats from Old Navy that have worked great.
And we have a fantastic Carter's Raincoat that is lined with fleece that we've gotten so much use out of because it isn't just thin plastic!
