Looking for a filling 1200-1400 calorie weekly menu
Anyone have one or know of good websites to check. I'm going to the gym 3-4 days a week but still can't lose weight because my eating habits are horrible since I'm always grabbing something on the run.

I'm sure you can google that but i think it would be better to try to create your own and calculate it out based on the foods YOU like to eat and have time to cook!

I agree with Lauren. Why not calculate how many calories you currently eat? Then look for ways to slim food your meals- whether it be through different food options or portion control.

I agree with Lauren and Colleen. As for filling foods you want to increase fiber and protein. Try to stay away from white carbohydrates and stick to whole foods- The less processed a food is the better.

Here are some ideas:
Breakfast: -Oatmeal (1 packet) with a cup of fruit -High Fiber Cereal (serving size is usually 1/2 cup to 1 cup) with a cup of fruit
Lunches: -Greek Yogurt with Vegetables -Tuna over Cabbage or Regular Salad -Soup -Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
Dinners: -Grilled Chicken and Vegetables -Salad and Soup -Salmon (baked or grilled. you can dress it up with flavor as long as it is cooked healthy without a ton of oil or mayo based dressings, etc.) with Brown Rice -Turkey with Quinoa Pilaf
You can rent cookbooks at the library- there are a lot with 1200 calories-a-day in the title.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies. I think I'll see what the library has to offer. I'm more of a follow this person rather than take the time to figure things out person.

If you really want a plan to follow you could meet with a nutritionist and have them help you set up a meal plan based on foods you enjoy eating. Also check out the woman's health magazine website they often have meal plans.
