Things That Make You GO...
W.T.F 
we have a huge sign on the door that reads "NO SOLICITING!!!!" why do solicitors read it and still come in here???!!!! Sometimes I wonder if we're all literate!!!?!?!

I work in a public library, and the hours are posted on the front door.
Why do people pull on a locked door, bang on the glass til a staff person goes over and tells them to stop banging on the glass, then the ask "Aren't you open?"
DUH...........
Better yet, I'm sitting at the reference desk and someone comes over and asks, "Do you work here??"
DOUBLE DUH.................
I could go on and on and on......

I work in an office - typical office hours 9-5...I hate when clients call at 4:45 PM and ask me if we're going to be there after 5:00PM...umm NO...we've been open since 9:00AM...where were you all day...and why would we stay open passed 5:00pm TODAY????!!!!!
Most of these clients that do this have money and don't work...so I know you've must have had some time in the last 8 hours to "drop off"...just because your manicure or facial appointment ran longer than you expected does not mean that my WORK day needs to be extended any longer to accomadate the fact that you can come to office after 5:00 pm...Come back in the AM
.grrrr...

When I was in high school, I worked in a store as a gift wrapper.
People would constantly come back with something they'd just purchased and tell me they wanted something wrapped becuase "it's a gift"
Of course it's a gift - you don't buy things for yourself and have them GIFT wrapped!!!
