Maintanence?
Ladies---tell me your definitions of maintainence. Meaning do you use a weight range? Obviouslt you can't possibly stay at the EXACT weight each day so what do you consider an acceptbable maintanence range?
My nutritionist has been increasing my food slowly each week so I haven't seen my lowest low in a bit but he says I am doing jsut fine. My clothes feel great...might even be a bit looser? Trying not to panic! Thanks for the support!

Re: Maintanence?
I have been struggling with this so i would love to hear what others have to write.
My problem is I love my exercise routine, so it hard to eat the cals i burn off. I lost another 5 lbs without trying.
So since I am at my low, I know my weight can not go below 105. My range is no lower than 105 no higher than 115. I have been trying to eat more. especially with breakfast and drinking protein shakes before and after working out.
I also try to focus on weights and toning. Taking more muscle classes. I like to dance, so its hard to cut back on that.

Re: Maintanence?
Don't weigh yourself.
That was key for me in maintenance.
I would get so dragged down by seeing differences of up to 4lbs on a daily basis - I finally realized it doesnt matter.
If your clothes are fitting the way you want then just go by that.

Re: Maintanence?
I have a goal weight but I know realistically I can range 3 pounds up or down. I weigh in at WW every week to keep myself in check.

Re: Maintanence?
It's hard for me lately because I'm still losing weight and I already reached my goal weight two weeks ago. I dropped 2 lbs below it. I'm trying so hard not to lose anymore. It's hard sometimes because I can't make up the calories I burn from exercising. It's weird to have this problem because most times I have trouble losing weight. I try to stay within a 2 lb range of my original goal weight.
