Cycle question
I am trying to figure out how long my cycle is.
Do you count from first day of your period and end on the first day of your next period?
Also, how soon before TTC did you start prenatals.

Cycle day one is the first day of A heavy flow of AF...Not spotting.
Then the next cycle day one would be the bext AF.
And you can take pre-natels anytime...while TTC , even before, they cant hurt ya!
