Bleeding after D&C

The dr told me I will be spotting/light bleeding. He said to watch the pad and if I soak the pad few times a day it's too much...

The day of D&C and the day after I had just e bit of spotting, but yesterday and today I'm bleeding a bit more, almost like the 3rd day of my AF, "light days", I'm also passing little stuff when I use the bathroom, looks like tiny clots or something like that (not sure how to explain it)
I thought the hole point of D&C is that they take everything out so there is not much bleeding and passing stuff. So should I be concerned? Also how long does the bleeding/spotting last?

I'm going to watch it and will call the OB if it continues, but wanted to see what others have experienced .

I had very minimal bleeding/spotting and not until a week after my D&C...did not pass any clots or anything. From what I've read on here though heavier bleeding and the passing of clots is ok. But if you are unsure you can always call your dr.

I did have some small clots after a D&C. I bled for about a week.

my doc said that i should expect to bleed a little more a few days after the d & c. to be the least graphic as possible, the reason is because they dont usually get it all out and some needs to come out naturally.
