Can I stock up on diapers and wipes early?
If so what sizes and how many packages should I buy? Also what brand is best?
Also I will be formula feeding. I guess I cant buy formula yet, right? Because I have to see what they can tolerate, right?

Yes diapers and wipes- stock up.
NB- not many, they will quickly grow into size 1.
Purchase a few size 1's, they are in size 2 for a bit. that should help get you started.
Everyone tends to love Pampers.
Im not biased and use/buy whats on sale. Im great with coupons too.
I have to say Target diapers are great.
Wipes, any will be good.
Formula I would wait for. You dont know what they will be on.

Instead of buying diapers, wipes, formula, etc. ahead of time, a poster on here had a great idea to just buy yourself a gift card ($10, $15) every so often instead and that way you dont have to worry about sizes or brand. You will eventually accumulate a lot of gift cards to be used once the baby comes. I thought it was a great alternative!

I say YES stock up.. I agree with the pp about not too many nb, more size 1 and even more size 2.. def stock up on wipes and as far as brand it's kinda a preference.. I actually stocked up on tons of pampers but now I like huggies better.. I obviously will use what I have but I supplement with huggies. I have also heard that target brand is good.. but when I tried walmart brand my dd broke out in a rash.. so again it's personal I think. Do NOT stock up on formula.. I have a ton of enfamil that my kids can't use and I'm stuck with

I would stock up! people bought diapers as a wishing well gift to my shower. All types and sizes. I didn't have to buy diapers until they were 8 months old!!!! I did exchange a few for size along the way but other than that it worked out. Don't buy too many newborn if you have good sized babies they will be out of them quickly.
My favorite types (i think i got them all) were target! I also like pampers but target seemed the best with "blow outs"

I also liked pampers diapers and love costco wipes.
I also find that costco diapers and huggies are very much the same.

I agree with this. My DD was so tiny she was in NB diapers and clothes until she was 5 months old. You never know with the sizes IMO until they are born.

This is a great idea!!
When I was pregnant with the twins I bought 1 large box of NB and 3 size 1. They are almost 7 months old now. They are peanuts, they are STILL is size 1!!
