Arctic Zero Ice cream
Anyone ever try it? It was recommended to me by a friend that does fitness competitions but loves her sweets. Thoughts?

I just picked some up today at whole foods...its amazing!
I put a quarter cup in a cup of my milk..blended with some ice and my supplements and am in absolute heaven! OH My!!

I like it. Not too many ingredients and it tastes pretty good. I have purchased it at Whole Foods, Wild By Nature, and Fairway. For Weight Watchers people, I think the entire pint is only three points, but I'm not 100% on that. Definitely worth a try!

Yeah the entire point has 14 grams of protein and 24 grams of carbs..no fat. I was stunned! I won't sit down and eat an entire pint...well until cheat day!
