OPK ??
I keep reading conflicting information as to when is the best time to use the OPK. What has worked best for you?

i use the cbe digital ones first thing in the morning and i've never missed my surge...i only test once a day

I use the CBE digital and the first month I tested once a day with fmu and got one smiley. The next month I tested twice a day the week I was to ovulate and got a smiley one evening and the next morning. I didn't want to miss any of my surge
