The 2ww begins!
Ok..so successfully put in 3 little darlings yesterday. now the fun part....the dreaded 2WW!!!
Any tips for how to occupy time? Diet advice? Positions to rest/sleep in? Any other little superstitions you'be heard? I'd love to hear your words of wisdom

Bromelain (from pineapple) is supposed to help with implantation. I juiced the core of the pineapple and drank that every day for the first 3 or 4 days. I also was on a self imposed bed rest for 48 hours after the transfer. Don't lift anything heavy, and my acupuncturist says to eat warm foods and to stay away from cold foods, ice, etc. Good luck!

I also ate pineapple strarting the day of my transfer and for about a week after, it worked for me  Try and think positive thoughts and not stress (easy to say not easy to do) the 2 WW seams so long. Good luck!

Good luck...I am also in the 2 ww and I have been preoccupying myself with DIY crafts and cooking.

I am also in the 2WW...I think this will be the longest 2weeks of my life. Just keep thinking positive thought!
