To those of us in our 40's.....
Do you feel like you are stuck in PMS for a good 2-3 weeks out of the month?
I just want this all to be done with lol...

I am so cranky and I have little tolerance. I swear you will see me on the news soon for a road rage thing and I just turned 40.

This is me :
trouble sleeping
night sweats - my pillow is soaked some nights
concentration and memory are iffy
a "whatever" kind of attitude - I just don't want to do anything
can't lose weight but can add it very easily
mood swings including depression
lack of a drive
I'm trying to remember what my mom was like when she when thru her changes, and I
see me with some of the same symptoms.
My gyn advised me to stay on BC becasue the hormones will help with some of the symptoms.
I've got to make a concentrated effort to get out of this funk and push myself to be 'normal' even if I don't want to be.
