Acupuncture before or after transfer?

I was just wondering when you ladies typically schedule your acupuncture in relation to your transfer. My acupuncturist recommends 3 days after which is what I've done in the past, but I've read it's best to go the same day. Has anybody ever even done 2 sessions the same day? Before and after? It might sound crazy, but I'm so desperate to do every single thing I can possibly do to make it happen this time!!

I've done it after, and both of those times I got my BFP (first cycle no acupuncture & BFN). I definitely wouldn't be waiting until 3 days after. For me, it would be too stressful to do it before and after (rushing to get there, etc).

I did both, but I think the data that supports acupuncture for fertility was for treatment within 24 hours after IVF transfer.

I always went late the night before the transfer, within 12 hours. Then I would go about 5 days later for another session.

I did not have a treatment the day of my transfer. I went the day before and the day after my transfer.

Where do you guys go for acupuncture? And how much does it cost?

I go the morning of transfer or right before and right after transfer. My acup is in the city @ 20 blocks from my RE so its works out fine. And I like having that rest right after since the RE kicks you out in 20 min.s

Thanks so much all! Transfer's tomorrow afternoon so I'm going to acu in the am, but I don't think she'll be able to see me again until Mon. Hope that's good! Seems like a lot of ppl do this differently.

For previous transfers, I did it the morning of the transfer and then a week later. (one of those times I got pregnant, the other time I didn't)

This time, my transfer was scheduled for 7:30am so though I was planning on going beforehand as usual, it didn't work out that way. I ended up going after at 2:15. My acupuncturist said within 24hrs of the transfer whether before or after is FINE! I'm going again next week.

My acupuncturist came to the RE's office the morning of my transfer and I had a session about an hour before my procedure. I then went in for a session about two days later.
