Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake

It was DELICIOUS! I subbed fat free cream cheese for one of the packages and used fat free cottage cheese...it was SOOOOO good!

I want more! Lol

Yummmm! What sugar substitute did you use? I love the idea of healthy versions but they often have a weird after taste because of the fake sugar. Tips?? Chat Icon

I used splenda and didn't taste anything funky! It was SO yummy! I had to freeze the rest of it so I wouldn't eat the whole thing!

Did you use the called for amount of Splenda? It seems like a big measurement.

That sounds so good!! How was it with the fat free cream cheese? I never mind using it but I know so many people that hate it.

Since it had one reduced fat and one fat free I think it worked just fine..ims ure both reduced fat bars would be even better, but I cut corners where I can!

As for the splenda I did use the entire amount and it was delicious. If you don't want it as sweet, you can certainly cut it down.
