who's working out on thanksgiving day?
I'm going to try to get to the gym at 7am for a cardio workout so that I don't feel as bad for eating all that yummy food later.
Anybody else going?

I'm working out Thanksgiving Day but not because I want to feel any less guilty or eat more. It's just part of my daily routine!! I try not to make working out about being able eat more or as a way of reducing my guilt.

good point! i try to about 5 times a week. i was thinking of not going on thursday so i can finish getting ready for the day but figured it'd be a good idea to get a workout in.

Where on LI?
The studio I go to in Long Beach is having a 9:30am class tomorrow.
I am planning on going since traffic has been insane this week..I have not been able to get to class....

My family's way out in Suffolk, unfortunately.
eta: Even my studio here in the city is closed. Ah well. Viva La Food! Ha

Abosolutely!!! Going to get a hardworking cardio session in. Because of a cold I have no tastebuds so I am not so worried about overeating.

I could not believe how PACKED the gym was this morning! I thought I'd get a treadmill , no problem. But I did get on & do a 4 mile run. Hopefully it helped offset all the food I've been eating today!

I wish I could have, but with 2 kiddies & hosting dinner, couldn't happen! Sadly I can't go back until Monday, so I'm gonna need to resist leftovers, so I don't feel too guilty!
