Come on AF
I have been waiting somewhat patiently for AF to return and now Im starting to get very impatient. Who knew one day I'd be hoping and praying for her to come. Any magic solutions on how to get it? I've been trying acupuncture- nothing yet. Prayers please.

what about raspberry leaf tea, vitex and/or dong quai...I was late a couple of days and I took these and it came.
