It seems like a too good to be true deal. Has anyone ordered one?

It's only for new costumers to Verizon, AND if you sign up for a 2 year contract.
Definitely still a good deal for the phone, but not without strings attached!

If you are looking for a new contract it is a great deal.
DH was looking to sign a new contract for a business line anyway so it worked out well for him.
