Kitten for adoption It's a girl lol has a new home!
My sister is a student teacher and they found a very young kitten all by itself in a bush outside the school. the poor thing was beyond cold and crying out for help. Needless to say she brought it home. My mom is highly allergic and will freak if she finds out my sister brought the kitten home. I can't take it either since my dh is allergic as well (like swelling airway allergic).
Does anyone by any chance want a kitten or know where she can take it. She is sending me a pic to post soon that I will add when I get it. I told her to call the vet and see if they will take it since it is just a baby or maybe they know somewhere to take it. I figured this is my best bet to find it a home. Thanks 
Update: Monday evening.
Ok so she checked some links I sent her and they examined the cat lol. Consensus of opinion is it's a boy cat. I have not checked the cat myself. But if someone does want him I will go over there and check it myself to confirm it's a boy. Please help me find him a home for the holidays :)
Update Tuesday:
Turns out my little sister was wrong. My older sister went and checked and it's a girl not a boy lol
Sunday night:
Sorry I didn't update I had a crazy weekend. As stated by the new kitty aunt miss Kitty was adopted!! thank you so much for all your help especially Melissa! Your sister is a sweetheart and we felt so at ease handing miss kitty over to her. Thank you so much for helping us find her a home

I would love one, but my husband is anti cat and I'm afraid that until we have a house with a basement to put a litter box I will be cat-less :(
If no one here can help try Crawford Animal Hospital in Lynbrook, they usually have cats ans kittens up for adoption in their front room.

the kitty is very friendly and I just sent my sister some links on how to determine the sex. The kitty is young so there is nothing obvious to determine the sex. If she can't figure it out I'll take a ride over after I put my kids to bed. I don't want to bring them with me since they will want to keep it lol

My sister is at work now and I guess doesn't trust her boyfriend to check the sex lol so she said she will check when she gets out of work. But it is super friendly and very cuddly.

That is one beautiful kitty! We have another home here with two very allergic humans who can't be around cats...but I hope you find a good home for that beautiful kitty!

I have to tell you guys something so cute and funny! Last night Emelia (that's what my sis named the cat) was having so much fun playing with my sister, my Mom, my niece who went over to visit and my other sister. Irene (the sis who adopted her) bought her a few little toys and they just had so much fun together. It made Emelia so tired --- but she didn't want to stop playing, and she literally fell esleep sitting up while playing! My sister sent me this picture!

My sister was petting Emelia's chin this morning and found a patch of flea eggs. She called the vet and they said that she is too young to use flea bath on, but to give her a bath with dawn dishwashing liquid....since it is gentle and has no chemicals. So she has had her first bath! And she has an appointment with the vet for next Saturday to get all checked out and start any vaccinations!
My daughter Emily and I are on our way to visit with her now! We are bringing the camera!

OMG she is a beauty!!! Love the pic of her sleeping standing up!!!! It clearly sounds like she willl have a SAFE and amazing home with your sister! yay for a happy ending for this little cutie pie!!!
