early intervention moms, please hop in
hi all
have any of you heard of an agency called Children's Speech and Rehab?
the agency is based in jericho.
my service coordinator just told me she found an evaluator there for us, but i've never heard of them and was just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with them...
ETA: my little guy needs a bilingual special ed evaluation for the CORE Eval, and a (monolingual) physical therapy eval. our main concern is the physical therapy part.

Our ABA (special ed) team and our EI speech therapist were all from there and I was very happy with all of them. I also thought the agency was pretty good to deal with.

They have a good reputation. That does not mean the therapist will be good or not.
Most therapists sign up with multiples agencies. So they may work with Speech Rehab, kidz therapie, Marion K Salomon, etc...
