Amount of time on BC
I'm wondering if the longer you were on BC, the longer it takes for your cycle to be "normal" again.
My questions are: How long were you on BC and how long did it take for your cycles to return to normal?
I was on BC for about 9.5 years and now I've been off since the end of March and only got AF once (after 60 days). This month I'm already on day 33 and still haven't O'd.
Just venting, but if this continues I'll only have 6 months to ttc instead of 12, b/c I'm getting AF every 2 months instead of every month.

I just went off my BCP 2 weeks ago, and I am waiting to see how my cycle regulates itself. I was on them for over 13 years.

I was on the pill for 6 years and went off in March also. I got AF twice so far but my cycle is from from regulated yet...

I just came off BC for the 6 years i was on it. Sorry im not much help, im just trying to figure out my cycles as well.

I was on BC for a little over 3 years. I came of in March and in March, April I had AF on day 28 like clockwork, as if pill was still in my system???
May I had a 31 day cycle and this month will be first month TTC... basing it on a 31 day cycle.......
I will keep you posted...

I was on the pill for about 7 years...jsut came off of it in January and have gotten my period every month since - usually anywhere from 30 - 34 days.

I have been on for 14 years. My doc said that the number of years has no bearing on my ability to conceive. I am off of BCP for 3 weeks and so far I have been crampy but no AF yet. Women's cycles change over time regardless so only time will tell.

I was on it for 10+ years and went off in December. For the first 5 months I pretty much had a 28-29 day cycle - with O on CD14, but now I'm finding my cycle is getting longer - last 2 months I didn't O until CD 17 and my luteal phase was longer too - I'm not sure if this is how it's going to be going forward, but I liked it better the first few months!

I just went off at the end of May, but I got AF after 27 days which is normal, we'll see what happens now.

I was on BCP for 4 years. I went off in April.
1st cycle: 24 days
2nd cycle: 27 days
3rd cycle: (current one) O'ed Day 13. If we were not successful, I should get AF around the 29th
I have been experiencing cramping like I never experienced before since going off BC.

I was on BC for 10 years....
I went off in April and it took 66 days to get AF. So, I now have to wait and see how long this cycle is.

I was on it on/off 10yrs.
Came off in May.
1st cycle, 20-24 days saw.
Nothing since.
Im not regular yet either.

I was on BCP for almost 15 years and I had a normal 28 day cycle right away, since then (for the past 4 months) it's been 27 days each cycle (just as it was before I was on BCP)

Thats how it was for me...
I was on BC pills for 12 years. I had one "normal" cycle immediately coming off of them, and then things went haywire.
My cycles were 45-60+ days long for the next 10 months (4 cycles), and then I got PG (on CD 63).

I was on the pill for almost 9 years. My cycles were pretty regular right away (28d, 29d, 30d) and we got a BFP after 3 months of trying.
