A friend of mine posted on FB that they were looking for child care and I sent this letter to him. I've been meaning to post on LIF about them too and keep forgetting - so here's the letter I sent to my friend about Kiddie Academy in Greenlawn Chat Icon

Hey Pete I saw your post about your nanny. I'm sorry to hear you're in this position. I don't know anyone I could refer to you for at home nannying but, I can refer where my daughter Katie has gone since she was about 8 months old - Kiddie Academy of Greenlawn (on Pulaski Rd in the Waldbaums shopping center). They are like family. The facility is so clean, the director is wonderful...Katie's teachers were so great - she misses them (she started kindergarten in Sept but still goes to Kiddie Academy when school is closed - such as xmas break/easter recess). They do part time or full time. We pay $66 per day or, $240 for the whole week (but its cheaper if you pay monthly). They provide ALL meals - breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack. If your daughter takes a bottle you would have to provide that. I can't say enough good things about them - except that i trust them with the life of my daughter.
