How was everyone's weekend?
Mine was great!
Went shopping at 4:30am on Black Friday....hubby and I had breakfast and back home by 9:15...back to sleep until 2pm!
gotta love the childfree life!

So good.... I shopped with my mom all weekend.
My husband got to play his new video game  .
We planned out what luggage and stuff to take for our upcoming vacation and took out the Christmas decorations.

Weekend was good. Friday we shopped from our couch (online) and didn't even change out of our pjs. It was glorious!

So good! We decided last minute (as in 2 1/2 weeks before) to go to Chile for the week. It was amazing. It really made me appreciate that we don't have kids right now.

DW and I drove back to NYC from NC sunday..... took monday off...got out of bed at 1pm... got out the xmas deco.... and decided we need to start packing for Aruba....

lol! we spent a lot of time in the car on Thursday, but went for a long walk & to the movies on Friday, and then to MoMA, Barney's, dinner, & drinks with a friend on Saturday, and then on Sunday I used my first Groupon ever! I bought a frying pan. I definitely live the life.
ETA-and the best part was we slept until 10:30 on thanksgiving!

Just seeing this now. Oh well, I'll still reply! 
Weekend started on Wednesday - dinner at Dee's in Forest Hills with some friends of ours.
Thursday, DH rolled his eyes for three hours straight while I watched the parade Cooked some side dishes, went to my uncle's house for Thanksgiving dinner.
DH had to work for half of Friday, so we went to Austin St. (Forest Hills) later in the day for a little shopping. Watched a movie.
Saturday we had a get together at his cousin's house, where his mother said some extremely offensive things in their language (which I don't speak, only pick up on some words), so that meant a trip to Guitar Center to blow off some steam. And he told me what she said. It takes a lot to offend me...a LOT.
Sunday, his parents were due at our house for lunch. But I called to cancel, telling his mother that the things she said were nasty and I didn't feel like having her in my house...which led her to say a bunch more wicked things.
So, it started out great and ended kinda...ehh. I'm actually a bit relieved that she finally said these things to me, instead of behind my back like she's been doing for years. Because now my feelings toward her are entirely justified.
