I could have sworn I felt them very consistently for about a week around 15 weeks... then it stopped until about 20 weeks. Now its all the time.

First pregnancy I was 16 weeks when I felt flutters and 20 weeks full blown kicks. This time around I felt flutters around 13-14 weeks.
