I mean, I've seen this twice already and it's just...amazing I can't even fathom the control and muscle strength you would need to do that. My husband was like WOW...and my friend who's a body builder was saying she'd like to try that. I would LOVE to see that IRL it's amazing what the human body can do

She is ridiculously fit!!! If you don't watch the whole thing, just watch what she does at 3:30, insane!!!
I love the song too, used it for my DD's 2-year video montage and am still obsessed with it.
I guess I watch too much reality tv, but I immediately thought she should try out for America's Got Talent.

Unbelievable! I like to consider myself somewhat in shape but I took a pole dancng class for my bachelorette party and holy moly it was hard! I could barely just hang onto the pole!

Holy crap. My dd came in while I was watching it & is now fascinated by it
I said "Can you believe the muscles on her?"
She said "What do you mean?"
I said "Look, she's holding herself in that position with only her muscles!"
She said "Muscles?! I didn't think it was muscles. I thought it was the stickiness of the pole." 
And the downside is...um. my 8 year old is now playing on the pole in my basement. DH is going to kill me

So I had all the same thoughts that you all did above. Unbelievable.
Then I showed my husband. And brother in law. And a male friend. And all of them laughed at me and said that all pole dancers can do that and they have seen all those moves before in local places (apparently they have all been to such "local places") and that it is not unusual.
Not sure I believe them, but they all said the same thing separately at different times!

THe stuff she did on the 2nd pole was amazing... but i took a pole dancing class for my cousins bachelorette party last april and the girl did the stuff she did on the 1st pole also...
