Just have to share....
I started Power 90 2 weeks ago (it's the precursor to P90X - not as intense but still a 90 day bootcamp program with sculpting and cardio workouts). At the same time I started using TheDailyPlate to track caloric intake and fitness levels, and have been doing really well at staying at or below my daily calorie allowance.
Well, at just 2 weeks from starting, I'm down 6 lbs! No crazy tricks, just eating well, drinking a ton of water and working out 6 days/week. Obviously I had a ton of water weight I needed to flush out and I don't expect to continue at this rate but it feels fantastic to have gotten off to such a great start!
Just wanted to share with like-minded people!!
