Try Seaford Knights of Columbus.
Room is big, there is two and I actually went to a sweet 16 there and the food was good.

Elks Club in Mass Park. You have the place to yourself and the the price will not make you sell your blood. Also you can bring in a cake and decorations. FM for price.

We used MacArthur Park for my sisters bridal shower. The food in my opinion was average, but they were the least expensive and we had that many people.
