SA question
So I have an appt with my dr for Feb in case we are not pregnant by then. DH and I discussed it and he is going to go for his SA this month so we can eliminate any problems with him.
What exactly do we do? I know I call my dr for a script I beieve. Then, does he call a dr for an appt? What kind of doctor does he call? Anything else we should know. I think we are both pretty clueless about this particular part. Any advice would help.

I went to my gyno, told her I wanted DH to have a SA, she gave me a script for him to bring to IVF, she also gave me his specimen cup. All I had to do was call IVF and tell them DH was bringing a sample on ___ day and his insurance # so they can put it thru his insurance, or out of pocket its about $200ish.

He'll have to call a Urologist to make an appointment. Your dr can recommend someone, or his PCP... just make sure he finds someone who specializes in IF.
Hope you dont get there though!!

he goes to a lab..but do nto go to a quest they do not do them anymore
